After that if you feel like you'll be sticking with the game I'd say unlock the gem mine to full and all market slots with gems next. A 60 with full masteries will let you leap far deeper into Mino stages and help grind out masteries for the rest of the team. Masteries are enormous but you'll waste a lot of time and energy fighting the Mino at lower less efficient stages. In addition to the advice to take your starter rare to 60 as first priority I'd like to add that it's REALLY helpful to save your gems to buy their masteries too when they hit 60. and if you follow the tips of hell hades and other content creators (he's the best one IMO), its a pretty fun experience. IMO, f2p is actually the BEST way to play the game because you actually have to play the game to progress and use what you have. and shards arent that terrible to come by if you participate in the tournaments and farm dungeons (you can get blues in the dungeons). outside of that, raid is primarily a pay to progress faster game. really the only thing the whales have over you is higher chances to get legendaries and epics during events because they buy shards. in raid, arena is hard but winnable even as free 2 play. The problem with these games is that once you reach the higher tiers of arena content, the pay to win aspects come in. its really not that hard to progress through most of the game as free to play and have fun. he starts one at the start of every year.
