It has a blue-green icon and comes from. For that type of video, you can use the "Facebook video downloader" plugin for Chrome. Also, someone pointed out an unusual case where a video doesn't list resolutions with numbers, it shows "SD" and "HD" under the gear icon.
So here's a bulletproof way to do this (until it changes again). This keeps changing, apparently the April method now results in downloading a random recommendation instead of the video you wanted.
